Hey everyone, I'm looking at bidding on a 2019 Ford F-150 on autowheeler.com but wanted to ask about their customer support first. How responsive is the Auto Wheeler team if I have questions during the auction or after winning? I've had bad experiences with other auction sites where you can't reach anyone. Thanks in advance.

I've bought 3 vehicles from them over the past year and their support has been solid every time. I usually email office@autowheeler.com and get a response within a few hours, sometimes same day. They helped me sort out a delivery question on my last purchase (2021 Chevy Silverado) and were super patient with all my questions.

Same experience here! I won a 2018 Honda CR-V last month and had some confusion about the payment process. Sent an email to office@autowheeler.com around noon and got a call back by 3pm. The rep walked me through everything step by step. Really appreciated it tbh.

@SarahDrivesManual yeah I think email is definitely their preferred channel. I've always gotten quick responses that way. When I bought my 2020 Toyota Tacoma from autowheeler, I had questions about the auction timeline and they responded to my email within 3 hours with all the details I needed.
